We offer wedding cake tastings at the bake shop in Eagle. In person tastings are $50, drop off/pick up tasting cakes are available for $25. Tasting fees will be applied towards the cost of the wedding cake if booked. We will offer our 3 most popular signature flavors, white chocolate mousse cake with either fresh strawberries or raspberries, dark chocolate mousse cake and red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. We can accommodate special flavor requests and desserts for the tasting with ample notice, click here to see our full cake flavor list.

We have a large portfolio of cakes that we have done in the past that can be used for inspiration during the tasting. Please bring any photos or digital images of cakes that appeal to you so that I can get a feel of the style of cake that you are looking for. If you don't have any ideas, that's fine too, we will work together to come up with just the right cake style and flavor that will work with your wedding.
